What are your shipping and delivery times?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time, we currently ship to the following countries only:

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes — absolutely.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
You will receive your tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.

Some items are missing from my order. What happened?

Depending on your order, some items may be shipped separately.

If your order includes products stored in different warehouses, you may receive multiple packages.

If this happens, the remaining items should arrive shortly after.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

I haven’t received my order yet. Why?

In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to carrier processing delays.

You can track your order at any time using your tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After that, unfortunately, this is no longer possible, as your order may already be in preparation for shipment.

Do you offer returns?

We always do our best to resolve any issue.

However, if you would still like a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

HOW ZENTRA WORKS & HOW TO USE IT

How does Zentra work — and what do I need to get started?

Zentra generates targeted frequencies through electromagnetic fields — and, when headphones are connected, also through an audio signal.
